Job Title: Email Marketing Coordinator
Grandma Edition Job Title: I try to make emails look pretty.
With Graydient Since: January 2016
Meg is Graydient Creative’s whiz-kid for all things content design, digital marketing, and logo design. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Rock County with an Associates of Arts and Science. She also graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee with a Bachelor of Arts in Design as well as a certificate in Digital Arts and Culture. She’s a basketball fanatic, a hand-lettering enthusiast, and a full-time mommy.
What’s a fun fact about you?
“I love to draw.”
What song[s] do you play on repeat?
“Depends on my mood- could be Jack Johnson, John Mayer, Eric Church, or Beyonce- very random!”
“Meg is a great member and asset to our team because she wears so many different hats – from content, to design, and even user experience — she’s always offering up a different perspective and creative ideas!” – Sami Weber-Schrank, Web Designer
“Meg’s background in design and love of language make her an invaluable asset when it comes to all things content. Whether she’s cranking out some awe-inspiring emails, or drafting up witty and engaging social posts, I can always count on Meg to wow me in the most wonderful ways!” – Danielle Henry, Content Captain
“Growing up an artist myself, I’ve always had an appreciation for other’s artistic talents. Seeing Meg’s artwork really inspired me and I was awed at her charcoal drawings and hand lettering from the first moment I first saw it.
I was so impressed with her creations that I found myself making up reasons to have her hand letter things for Graydient or other projects. I think it’s such a great unique way to bring traditional art into the digital space where it can sometimes use that extra little touch of detail.
Another thing I admire about Meg is that is someone who is dedicated 100% to anything that’s put in front of her. If you knew her as a mom – you’d say she’s dedicated above and beyond to her son, Kai – you wouldn’t realize she also gives above and beyond at work as well.
She’s extremely versatile in the tasks she can accomplish whether it’s creating beautiful emails, creating journey maps with personas for the content team, writing content for websites or even organizing the team’s Dropbox file/folder structure – she makes sure that everything is done to it’s fullest potential and impresses the team and our clients time and time again.”
